45 Shortt Ave Mangere Bridge
This cute 1940s brick cottage had become to small for its owner. It needed to be extended cost effectively without loosing character. The front lounge size was increased by pushing out within the a wide original eaves line. A rear extension of master bedroom and ensuite freed up an existing room for the main bathroom.

Rarawa St Mt Eden
This substantial 1940s tudor styled house had a tired bathroom and kitchen.The original bathroom spaces were enlarged by extending the existing dormer window. An ensuite was able to be slotted into the corner of master bedroom. A new kitchen and dining area opening out onto a large new deck creating better flow to the rear section.

51 Seacliffe Ave Belmont.
This iconic 1950s designed house was ready for a full makeover. Extensive renovations required this dwelling to be stripped right back. Floors were opened up to install new foundations for a future second level. Internal layout was altered incorporating all bracing to build up. The owners are now in a position where they can remain in the house should they choose to complete the second stage.

9 Levonia Street, Western Springs
A full bungalow house renovation and extension including kitchen, ensuite and bathroom. The original house has been reconfigured and modernised with a new 80 sq m rear extension of living areas opening to new decks and landscaping.

The transformation of an original cottage to villa style homestead. Project was staged to allow owners to continue occupying parts of house. The project involved much on site design work between Builder, Client and Draughtsperson to achieve clients dream family home.

This is an original 1940's cottage which has had a two story extension. Creating new bedrooms upstairs enabled the owners to move upstairs while the original house was renovated.

135 Peary Road, Mt Eden
This three level bungalow underwent a top to bottom house renovation. The basement was developed as foundations were strengthened. A reconfiguration of layout and stairwells gave the house a modern practical layout. The extension to the rear of the property included a large deck, creating a desireable family home.
